IFTTT is a free website that helps automate daily tasks. This system connects web services and connected objects, like Blue, that do not always speak the same language.
IFTTT stands for "IF This Then That" and makes it possible to create very simple automatisms in the form "If an event A happens, then perform an action B".
In technical jargon, this formula is called a recipe.
You can now create recipes from a new measurement taken by Blue, and assign it all possible actions through the IFTTT platform.
Here are some examples:
- If Blue sends a measurement, log it in an excel file.
- If the ORP is below 650 mV, turn on the salt chlorinator.
